The integral valve cap needle valve is an advanced instrument needle valve designed to provide high-pressure shut-off services for pipelines. It features compact structure and long service life as its advantages. Each integral valve cap needle valve undergoes factory pressure testing with 1000 psi nitrogen before leaving the production line.
characteristic
The valve body is manufactured through die forging, featuring high density and high-pressure resistance. The standard valve configuration is straight-through type, with right-angle configurations also available. Suitable for both gaseous and liquid applications. Maximum operating pressure: 5000 psi (344 bar). Maximum operating temperature: 230°C (446°F). Flow coefficient (CV): 0.09-1.8. Panel mounting options are provided. Cleaning processes comply with ASTM G93C standards, with degreasing treatment performed according to CGAG-4.1 specifications. All valves undergo factory testing under 1000 psi (69 bar) conditions.
